He Came!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

He came!! a great little super-cute sweet loving baby, Luke Delmar Johnson.

On the day that Luke was born we had a babysitter named Sister Witbeck. We did lots of fun things with her. We couldn't wait till the baby was born. We waited for my parents to call us. Finally they called. "is he born?" we asked excitedly. "no" they said. "aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaw" we said. we waited for a second call. they called and said "you have a new baby brother". We jumped up and down and shouted for joy. That night we went to the hospital and we all got to hold the new little baby, Luke. The next day we got to bring Mom and Luke home. Now half of the time I'm holding Luke. I'm so happy he's born.

So excited!

My mom is having a baby tomorrow and I CAN NOT wait! It's going to be so fun. I'm going to get to hold him. I think I'm going to faint of happiness. I hope I get to go to the hospital tomorrow and see him. He's going to be so cute. Sister Witbeck is going to come babysit me while my mom and dad go to have the baby. I want the baby to come right now. I'm so excited.

My Project

My project is a Pueblo. It's a house that the Hopi Indians used to live in. They lived in the north east part of Arizona. To get into their houses they have ladders. They climb up a ladder to get onto the top of the house and then use a different ladder to get into their house... as you can see in the picture. They would pull up the ladder when they saw an enemy. I had fun making this project with my Mom. We used paper and sticks and toothpicks.

Six things about Me

My aunt Lindsey tagged me so I have to say six things about myself that no one knows.

1. I can't stand sleeping with a shirt on. Maybe some of you know this.

2. I like watching Oprah on TV with my Mom.

3. I am taking piano lessons every Tuesday. I love it.

4. I hate brussel sprouts the most in the world.

5. I can't stand having socks on. Every time I get home from school I have to take my shoes and socks off. This is one reason I like flip-flops so much.

6. In stead of saying 'horrible' I say 'hori-bibble'. I also say 'thingofabob' instead of 'thing.'

Now I tag... 1)Amy Walton 2)Brian Walton 3) Mike Walton 4) Chase Wilcox

Halloween Fun as Link

It was awesome being Link for Halloween. On Halloween day we weren't finished making my costume. She made boots finally and wristbands. One fun thing about this Halloween was that my sisters and I had a battle. They would shoot spells at me and hit me with their broomsticks but I would have my shield in front of me the whole time and I would hit them with my sword. (But I didn't really hit them.) I had fun with my sword because I kept wacking little branches off dead fallen trees. Trick or treating was so fun. First we went around in our neighborhood. The people in our neighborhood gave us so much candy because there weren't very many kids but Emily and Megan made us slow. So after a while, Dad, me and Katie decided to go trick or treating without Emily and Megan in a different neighborhood called Water Stone. It was a giant neighborhood and we went to lots and lots of houses and we were quick. We had a lot of fun. Once we got home we poured out our bags of candy but we had stayed up so late that we only got to eat a few pieces because we were so tired.
Link battles three evil witches.

Link is blocking their spells with his shield.

The others are gone... one left, the strongest.

Yes! She is falling. I must do the 'finish-attack'.

She's defeated.

My Bedroom

I love having a new room. It's really fun. I got my mom and dad's bed (Oh, yeah!) when they got a new one. I also got my Dad's old laptop because he has a new one. Katie says I'm the lucky one. We bought new sheets and pillows and a basketball blanket. They are awesome because they are basketball. The theme of my room is 1)green and blue and 2)sports. I also love my closet. There are lots of shelves and a dresser. I love my room.

0ur fourth stop... Columbus, Ohio

This time we stayed at another of our Aunt and Uncle and cousins house named Sarah, Dan, Annie and Leah. With everyone we went to the Columbus Zoo. It was really fun. We saw cool snakes, and real crocodiles and there was also a sign that said, “a certain type of crocodiles lives in Georgia where we will live.” We also saw elephants and monkeys and gorillas. The gorillas were funny because some weird people would try to throw food into their cages but it wouldn’t quite get to their cage so the daddy gorilla reached his hands through the cage and grabbed it and ate it. There was another piece of food by it. And so the baby gorilla was trying to reach it as hard as he could. He used his hands and legs but couldn’t do it. It was funny. We also saw tigers. There was a sign beside it that said, “One cool cat”. The tigers weren’t doing anything cool. They were just lying in a little cave. We also saw sharks and fish in the same tank… but the sharks weren’t eating the fish. I think it was because they were little sharks. There was Okapas. They had zebra striped legs and it looks like a horse body and a weird head.

Our third stop... Chicago, Illinois

We went to a hotel this time. After we got all our stuff in then we went to sleep. We did lot of fun things in Chicago

1)We went to the 2nd tallest building in Chicago called the Hancock Tower. It was fun. We went to the top floor and took a few pictures. We also looked out the huge windows. It was a great view.

2)We went to the WICKED musical. It is a really good musical about the witches of Oz. That was the first musical I’ve ever been to. My favorite part was when Elphaba put a spell on the broom to make it fly and she sang Defying Gravity. One funny thing about the play is that Glinda calls her Elphie.

3)We went to the Cheesecake Factory. We ate cheesecakes and spaghetti and bread with butter. It was really fun and yummy.

4)We went to the American Girl store because my sisters have American Girl dolls. Katie and Emily got their dolls a hairdo and bought new clothes. I thought it was boring.

5)We walked on the beach of Lake Michigan. We played in the sand and got our feet wet. Here’s a picture of us at the beach.

6)We looked in a church in Chicago. There was a bunch of arches all over and pictures of Jesus where by where the ‘bishop’ sits. We liked it so we decided to show Mom.

7)We walked all around the city of Chicago and went to a few stores to look for furniture for our new house.

8)We went to IHOP for breakfast on my Dad’s birthday. It had yummy pancakes and sausages I think. We told them to sing Happy Birthday to my Dad.

9)Later that day we went to IKEA but I was too old to go into the play place there so I went back in the car and got my gameboy so I could play gameboy while mom and Dad went shopping but unfortunately it ran out of batteries really soon. We were looking at desks that could be for me.

Our second stop... Denver, Colorado

In Denver we went to our aunt and uncle and cousin’s house… Scott, Elisha and Molly. We went swimming at Pirate’s Cove. It is a fun swimming place with awesome waterslides. My favorite waterslide was the purple one. It would go straight down and landed in a little swimming pool. It was awesome. Also every few minutes there would be a big giant bucket and it would always fill with water and tip over onto everyone who was gathered there. It was really fun.

There was another swimming place that we went to. It had one cool slide. Katie was too scared to go down it and Elisha had to go home and get food so we could eat there. Katie went with her because she didn’t want to do it. By the time she got back she said, “I want to go on the waterslide.” And my mom and me asked her “how did you change your mind?” Elisha said that she told Katie that if she went down the waterslide all of us would be able to go to Harry Potter 5. So Katie did it! She said she loved it.

We went and watched Harry Potter 5… Scott, Elisha, me, Katie, Mom and Dad. It was a great movie. My favorite part was when Fred and George Weasley were doing magic fireworks and one was a dragon and Mrs. Umbridge was running away from it. My other favorite part was when Harry Potter and Hermoine took Mrs. Umbridge into the forest and Graupe and the centaurs took her away.

My sister on the baby waterslide.

My uncle Scott on the lazy river.

Megan and my Dad in the pool.

Me and Katie after Katie went on the waterslide.

Me going off the yellow slide. I'm trying to do a funny face.

Our first stop, Utah

We got to our Grandma and Grandpa’s house for a week. We swam, we went to Rob and Lindsey’s new house, I went golfing with Dad, but my favorite thing was going up to the canyons.

We went up to the canyons and decided to go on a hike there. On the hike we saw two rattlesnakes. The first one we saw was when everyone was walking over huge rocks. There were cracks in the rocks. One of us looked in one of the cracks and saw a rattlesnake. We didn’t know what type of snake it was so we called Dad so he would be faster. He told us it was a rattlesnake so we went as fast as we could past it. Then later on we had to jump over a river. Katie was in the lead. We were walking up a dirt path and Katie yelled, “There’s a rattlesnake!” so we went back across the river and went back to the camp. Later on we decided to go back home before bedtime, but Katie, Dad and me decided to camp there. We set up our tent and went home to get some sleeping bags. Once we got home my aunt Nikole said it would close at 9:00. We had 30 minutes. We ran and got our sleeping bags, put them in the truck and drove back to the camp. We got there at least one minute late. Luckily there were some people and it was their job to help people if there was something wrong so they let us in and we got to camp there. It was really fun. First we had our flashlight on and told each other stories. Then we asked each other our favorite things. Then we decided to go to sleep because we were getting really tired.

Goodbye Washington

Special things about Washington
Friends: Chase Wilcox, Micah Gale, Tori Crawford, Sierra Flake
School: Chloe Clark
Favorite places: to eat at Costco, go to the dollar theater, and hike down to Puget Sound

This is a picture of me with my best friends on my 9th birthday.

Uh-oh. I have to move. Where should we move? Our choices are Korea, Georgia and a lot more. A few months later we finally thought of our number one place… Korea. All of our friends didn’t agree. Then we went on a vacation to Victoria. We saw a Chinese street and my mom told me that this is what it would be like in Korea. Then I thought we should not go there. So we decided a different place. This time we decided Georgia. So, we had to get all our stuff in a big moving truck so we went to Utah and decided to take a rest.
